You agree to use our services lawfully and not to: send harmful, abusive, or illegal content; attempt to compromise service security; or use the service for spam or unsolicited messages.

3. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our AI assistants provide informational responses only and should not be relied upon for professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI responses.

5. Intellectual Property

All service content, branding, and technology remain the property of AgentExe AI Solutions Limited.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
