1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AgentExe's AI personal assistant service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

AgentExe provides an AI-powered personal assistant accessible via WhatsApp. The Service may include features such as:

• Natural language conversation and task assistance
• Calendar management and scheduling
• Email management
• Web search and research
• Image and video generation
• Other AI-powered capabilities as described on our website

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must provide a valid WhatsApp phone number and complete the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Subscription and Payment

• Free Trial: New users receive a 7-day free trial. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payment is processed through Stripe.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you experience service issues, contact us at cs@agentexe.ai.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorisation
• Interfere with the Service's operation or other users' access

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by AgentExe AI Solutions Limited. Content you create using the Service remains yours, subject to any third-party rights.

8. AI Limitations

Our AI assistant is designed to be helpful but has limitations:

• Responses may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete
• The AI cannot make legally binding decisions on your behalf
• The AI should not be relied upon for medical, legal, or financial advice
• You are responsible for verifying important information

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentExe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AgentExe from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
